Meet Michal
her story
I couldn't eat gluten for seven years without major digestive issues — until I learned the problem wasn't the wheat, it was how it's processed. Milling my own grain at home changed everything.
Now I mill fresh flour that keeps the bran, the germ, and nearly every nutrient the store-bought version strips away. This is where I share what I've learned, one loaf at a time.

WITH HER HANDS
HAND MADE KITCHEN TOOLS
I started With Her Hands Shop as a place to sell hand made items for your kitchen. I hand dye tea towels that are made for real kitchens — absorbent, durable, and pretty enough to hang as decoration. I designed these because I needed something in my own kitchen that could handle both. Each one is hand ice-dyed, so no two are exactly alike. I make and embroider pot holders and aprons. And if you need a small gift for the avid baker, I always have hand made biscuit cutters!
Because these items are hand made, it takes time. Restocks happen about once a month and when inventory is gone, it's gone until I can make more.
To know when restocks happen, be sure to subscribe to my email list. I always notify my people there first!
